A morning spent mostly with the lions at the hippo kill watching the vultures, hyenas and jackals patiently awaitig their turns. Late in the morning the cheetah with the three mature cubs started to roam the plains at the start of a fruitless hunt. But in the afternoon two brother cheetahs brought down a topi, a prey in which they have specialised.
